Welcome to Hotel Lobby AI. By accessing or using Hotel Lobby AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Hotel Lobby AI creates short rap duet videos from two photos, with original AI-generated audio. The public preview currently offers examples, product information and a pricing estimator. Account registration, uploads, payments, free trials and video generation are not yet open.
Hotel Lobby AI is an independent service. Hotel Lobby AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party model or related trademark owner. References to model names describe supported generation capabilities and do not imply affiliation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded files, and other materials you provide to Hotel Lobby AI. Subject to your use of the service, you are responsible for reviewing and using generated output in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and third-party rights.
You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or intended to harm, impersonate, or defraud others.
Hotel Lobby AI may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, AI generation, storage, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers may process data as needed to deliver the service. AI generation availability, speed, model behavior, and output quality may depend on third-party systems.
When purchasing opens, credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits expire 365 days after issuance. Each generation uses the credits shown for its selected model, quality and duration; a “song” means a 5–15 second rap clip, not a full-length track. Future pricing changes do not change a completed purchase.
The planned free trial provides 2 credits, enough for one Standard / 480p / 5-second clip, once per verified eligible new account. Gift credits expire after 7 days; the initial release is limited to 500 eligible accounts. The trial is currently unavailable.
For duplicate charges, undelivered credits or billing errors, contact support for investigation and any refund required by law. Unless required by law or expressly offered at checkout, consumed credits are non-refundable. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
If a generation fails because of a service-side error, Hotel Lobby AI may restore credits or provide another remedy at its discretion.

Hotel Lobby AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including when third-party AI providers change availability.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Hotel Lobby AI or others, or used the service unlawfully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption related to use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hotel Lobby AI after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
